I’m Rachante (ruh-shawn-tay)! I’m currently an MBA student and an aspiring HR professional with a passion for people, workplace dynamics, and, yes, reality TV. My affinity for unscripted (and scripted) drama isn’t just for entertainment, it’s also my way of exploring the lessons we can apply to leadership, teamwork, and workplace culture. I’ve always been curious about what happens behind the scenes, whether it’s the backstage drama of reality TV or the inner workings of a successful organization.

With an educational background in Sociology and experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, I’m fascinated by the systems and strategies that help people and teams thrive. I love diving into projects that analyze group dynamics, solve workplace challenges, and uncover creative ways to empower others.
When I’m not binge-watching the latest season of Love Is Blind or Love Island, you can find me listening to music, reading a good book, or spending time with my friends and family.
